Export products to China involve a lot of operation processes performed by a lot of different parties, including shipper, consignee, forwarders, brokers, and carriers, etc. Each party may have multiple processes performed by different internal business departments. The interaction and interrelation of the processes make the whole supply chain complicated, especially when a lot of parties are at the other side of the globe.

Some exporters may not care about this complexity and take no proactive measures, however they struggle about production delay, shipment delay, uncertainty, mistakes, and emergency.
